Sit with Us Poster - A3 Screen Print

The Sit with Us Poster is an A3 Screen Print, designed and printed by Textile Artist Ranya Abdulateef for Mafwa Theatre’s 2021 Refugee Week installation.

All proceeds go towards sustaining the weekly women’s theatre sessions.

Sit with Us took place at Convention House during Refugee Week 2021 and was an interactive art installation where women from different migration backgrounds invited you to sit, make yourself comfortable and listen. Sit with Us was co-created by the Mafwa women’s Friday group, Kuluhenna Drama, and Mafwa’s Associate Artist group. Sit with Us was created with support from Arts Council England and Leeds Inspired and in partnership with East Street Arts.
