We’re looking for a Lincoln Greeners Support Worker to support our weekly community gardening sessions at Roxby Community Garden in Leeds.

Working alongside our Green Engagement Lead, you’ll help deliver sessions, support participants and care for the garden. This is a practical, people-facing role, supporting everything from planting and maintenance to set-up, admin and helping sessions run smoothly.

Lincoln Greeners is a free, open gardening group where people come together to grow food, learn new skills and spend time outdoors. As Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive space each week.

Rate: £20/hour
Dates: Tuesdays, May – October 2026
Location: Roxby Community Garden, LS9
