We’re looking for a Trainee Producer to join Mafwa for a 12-week paid traineeship from January - April 2027, offered in partnership with Good Chance’s Stage Door 11 programme.

The role will primarily support the planning and delivery of our Refugee Week 2027 programme, while also offering practical experience across other community arts projects and the day-to-day work of a small arts organisation.

This is a learning opportunity for a creative with lived experience of forced displacement who is interested in developing skills in production, project coordination and arts administration. You’ll work alongside the Mafwa team, artists, community partners and participants.

Salary: £26,227.50 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 3 days per week, 9am - 5pm
