Roxby Community Garden

A vibrant Garden of Sanctuary in the heart of Lincoln Green - a place where you're invited to grow, learn, meet and play.

Together with the local community, we’ve transformed a once-disused playground into an open, inviting green space with seating, planting, and space to grow food, join workshops, meet friends, share picnics and enjoy the garden.

Roxby Community Garden, Spring 2023

Who is the garden for?

Whether you’ve lived here all your life or are new to the area, you’re invited to enjoy and shape this space alongside others. Everyone is welcome. Roxby Community Garden is open to all, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance via a step-free ramp.

This space is here for you. You don’t need to book or ask permission to enjoy the space. It’s yours.

How can you use the garden?

We run our weekly Lincoln Greeners gardening group here, and hold seasonal community celebrations in the space.

Outside of that, the garden is yours to use however you like. It could be a picnic, a birthday party, a football game, a dance session, or simply a moment of calm.

There’s no need to book or ask. The garden belongs to you - and we’d love to see more of you making it your own.

If you’re planning a public event or workshop and would like some support, get in touch.
