Kuluhenna Drama is a free weekly drama group for women in Leeds. Sessions nurture confidence, connection, and joy through drama, movement, and storytelling. Many women join feeling isolated, anxious, or unsure — often facing language barriers, low confidence, or a lack of creative opportunities. Through warm, trauma-informed sessions, participants explore new ways to express themselves, build friendships across cultures, and grow through shared creative exploration. The quotes and statistics below reflect the powerful shifts that participants experience during their time with the group.
